Can I eat before a class?

 

Come to a class with an empty stomach - ideally 4 hours after a large meal or 2 hours after a snack, but obviously this depends on the time of your class.  The asanas work on the internal organs;  it is best that your body is not having to deal with digestion at the same time.  Please do not drink water or snack during the class, for the same reason!
